1. How to Submit a Complaint

To submit a complaint, email us at info@traderwaves.com and include:

  • your account email address
  • a clear description of the issue
  • relevant screenshots or supporting details (if available)
  • what outcome you are seeking

2. Our Response Time

We aim to:

  • acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days, and
  • provide a resolution within 10 business days where possible.

If the issue requires more time, we will keep you updated with an expected timeline.

3. How We Investigate

We may review account activity, logs, billing history, and technical records to understand what happened and resolve the issue fairly.

4. Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can request escalation by replying to the same email thread. A senior team member will review the case.
