What does verified trading experience mean?
TraderWaves matches a connected trading account to the provider being reviewed. This supports evidence of a trading relationship. It does not verify every statement, guarantee provider quality or constitute an endorsement.
Are all published reviews verified?
No. Traders can submit reviews without connecting a trading account. Reviews backed by matching account evidence are distinguished with a verified trading experience badge, and verification coverage is shown separately from the overall rating.
Does paying affect our rating or moderation?
No. Plans change your business tools, invitation allowance and reporting—not review eligibility, verification or moderation standards. Paying does not buy a better score or removal of criticism.
What counts towards the invitation allowance?
The allowance covers invitation emails sent through TraderWaves, including reminders. Failed sends do not count. Sharing your public review link through your own channels does not use this allowance. Organic reviews are not limited by your plan.
Can we send more than 250 invitations?
Yes—contact sales about additional volume or an Enterprise package. Additional capacity is agreed explicitly; the launch offer does not include automatic overage charges. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over.
Can we invite only satisfied customers?
Invitations should follow neutral, consistently applied eligibility rules and welcome honest feedback of any rating. Do not select recipients based on expected sentiment or make benefits conditional on leaving a review.
What happens if we downgrade?
Your published review history remains on TraderWaves, and the Free plan retains basic profile management, responses and reporting. Paid collection, widget formats and analytics revert to the Free allowance and capabilities.
